I wrote my last exam on Saturday the 4th and flew to London on Sunday the 5th to go ride at Liquid Leisure and meet up with Jordan. The travelling all went smoothly and I arrived at London, Heathrow on Monday midday. It was very exciting because Jordan was waiting for me at Heathrow airport! We hadn't seen each other for 4 whole months so I was dying inside to see him! Also my younger brother, Faffa, started working at Liquid Leisure earlier this year so I got to see him too. Jordan and I spent 3 days riding at Liquid Leisure. What an awesome cable! When we arrived, he took me to Tesco's to buy some standard English snacks he'd been telling me about for ages. He knows whats good since it is his home country! :P We had surprisingly warm weather except for one thunder storm, but it was nothing our little tent couldn't handle.
I had an amazing time at the cable with cool people and it was really good to see Faffa again. I can't wait to return for Plastic Playground next month.
Right now I am at Xtreme Gene in Spain with Jordan. It's super hot here but I'm not complaining, just loving every moment of it because I know how cold it is back home, and I really really really dislike the cold.. I've had my first ride on the new cable here at Xtreme Gene and I love it! It will take a couple more days to settle back into it on the boat, but it has been a year.. For now I'm loving every minute in the sun!! On or off the water!x
